Scenario: Linking ECC Sales Order to PO and Maintenance Order

We have a requirement where the sales order needs to have the PO and the Maintennace Order information. The requirement is the customer should have the visibility of what was bought and what was repaired and their prices in the sales order. The SO price will be the price of PO+work order cost + a markup. The PO and Maintenance Order information cannot be as reference fields in the Sales Order.

How do we do it?

Hi,

In MM pricing procedure you have the calculation type.You can calculate the Purchase price from the Sales Condition type.

For each Item Account Assignement tab you will have the sales Order if Purchase order is triggered based on sales requirments.

From the Sales Order "Specific condition type you can do a work around to flow the sales price as purchase price.

Hi,

You have to design the process in such a way that when you create a Sales Order then a Purchase order is created.Individual Purchase order.

Customize a schedule line category. For reference see the schedule line category "CS".With the guidance of MM consultant you can decide the PO order behaviour.

To make the Sales Price Flow in MM pricing condition type M/06 you have a option Sales Pricing.
