    hi,

please check the job logs from menu bar Environmentjob overview(in whatever source system) the job is running.

Also could you give more details about extractor (FM based, routines written,View based???)

    regards,

    Arvind.

    Hi,

Please check in SM37 of source system whether the extraction job is completed or not if yes then please check in Sm58 to check if any TRFC related to it is stucked or not.

    Thanks,

    gaurav

    Hi,

Check the settings like Idoc Frequency , Package size and Partition Size in RSCUSTV6. Put 5 or 10 in I-doc.

Check the job status in SM37 in R/3. If the R/3 load is high, generally the data load goes for pretty long time. You have to keep refreshing the QM monitor.

    Regards,

    Suman

    Hi Rajeev,

answer to the below points so that we can provide u the solution.

Are you running the load for the first time?

Was this load completed earlier before to this?

is it a delta or full load?

First check the source system job finished or not? to check the source system job

monitor screen --> menu bar -->environment > job overview> source system --> enter the login credentials and check the job status n job log.

Check for short dumps in ST22 if any?

Check if there are any hung TRFCs which did not processed from source to Bw system.if you find any hung TRFCs try to process the hung TRFCs manually.

you can collect the hung TIDs with respect to your load from the above job log.(in the job log -- find -->type "sysfail" --click ok - it will display the hung TID nos make a note of them process them manually)-keep in mind if the source system job is still active do not process them manually.

Check in SM21 for system log - if there is any DB or any other issue.

    Regards

    KP
