B2B ISA Integration in NW Portal

Hi,

we've implemented Business Package B2B in NW portal, but all of the settings entered at ISA_B2B in the system landscape are being ignored (i.e. /init.do?scenario.xcm=b2bcrmstandard&portal=yes&autoentry=yes&shop=webshop) even

though the b2b application does integrate into the portal.

In other words the shop is not automatically selected, the portal header is shown and the first Sold-to is not chosen.

Any idea?

Did you integrate the ISA iViews as discussed in this SAP Note?

I think you do.

Do you have another custom application (scenario) of the same root application (b2b) running in the same Java stack? Could be this one of those problems SAP wouldn't want to take ownership of., but we faced.

In the scenario of running multiple copies of the same (root) application, we had terrible issues of the parameters getting dropped off or picked up from the deafult scenario. We have a bandaid solution and have problems every other day..
