Retriction on selection of Profit center against Plant in PS module

I have one requirement in PS , if profit center does not belongs to plant then system should throw error message . We have already one Z table in which we are maintaining Profit centers to plants.

we need to implement the same through PS validations(OPSI) .

Please help to know how to create a validation on the same so that whenever we select different profit center other than the maintained in Ztable belongs to respective plant while creating network/Project.
