I can not delete service sales order. I have created invoice for this sales order but I reverse this invoice document. Now I can not delete this service sales order. I put rejection in service sales order but I can not delete this sales order. How can I delete this sales order?
If you have created invoice then you can not delete it. why you want to delete it when you have rejected it. Check in document flow the order status must be completed. If still you want to delete it it is not possible until the subsequent documents exists.
I want to delete this sales order. I have reversed invoice. There is not invoice document. I mean there is not subsequent document but I can not delete this sales order. How can i delete this docement? Because I see this document in VF04 transaction.
Best would be to put a reason for rejection and forget the order.
If you still want tho dispose this order, i think you can arcehive the order and all the documents. I am also not sure on this but check the possibilities.
