Moving Average price

Hi All,

Can anyone please clarify on the below query

I have existing finish material with standard price (S) in material master now if i want to change to Moving average price (V) for actual product costing, can i change the price ? if yes then what will be the impact.

Dear,

But its recommended to correct moving price always.

Also Please refer report- s_p00_07000139 (one of the best report in SAP) ,it will gives us transaction wise-date wise MAP price. (report is based on Material and Plant). This will help you to find exact posted differences against the day to day transaction ( including GRN ,Goods issue,MR21 ,etc.)

User MR21 to change the moving price ,it will impact on profit & loss accounts.

hi..

yes it is possible, but you will loose all price difference all what is there in standard price related updates

use CKMM and change from 3 to 2 and S to V
