Fiori Error : Found in negative cache - 500 Internal Server Error

Hello Experts,

When we run the app from Launchpad, It throws the below error.

Could not open app. Try again later.

2016-12-15 11:46:07 +0000 GMT+0530 (GMT+5:30) offset 19800 SMP_LOGGER ERROR [CONSOLE] 2016-12-15 17:16:07 Error - found in negative cache: 'AppName/Component.js' from /sap/bc/ui5_ui5/sap/AppName/Component.js: 500 - Internal Server Error 2016-12-15 11:46:07 +0000 GMT+0530 (GMT+5:30) offset 19800

SMP_LOGGER ERROR [CONSOLE] 2016-12-15 17:16:07 Application initialization failed due to an Exception:

This is happening only in Iphone Fiori Client but other places It's working fine, like Android and Windows Browser. Even in Iphone it was working before but all of sudden we started getting this error.

Along with Negative Cache, It also says 500 Internal Server Error.

There are post already available for this issue but none of them worked and also i did not find any specific solution for Error 500 - Internal Server error.

Any help would be appreciated.
