What kind of help are you looking for?
Your system was set up in such a way that if a part is missing it will not allow release.
Either make sure that there's enough, or decrease the order quantity to the existing quantity (header material), or ask your PP responsible to change the customization so ATP failure will only give an warning, but still allow release.
