BO Integration with Siebel

Current System: BOXI 3.1 SP3, Crystal Reports 2008

We have SSO with Multiple Domains and trying to add another sso domain for Siebel 8.0, I have installed Seibel Integration Kit 3.1 SP3 , given all required credentials during instillation but BO SSO Siebel Server does not starts in CCM. I have place required siebel client jar files in boserver side location. please advise. Thanks.
