Change Sales Order

Hello,

We have created Custom Sales order Statuses. If the order is on a particular order user status, then we do not want the customer service to be able to change the order.

Is there any way that this can be controlled through Security roles ? If not is there any alternative way we achieve this ?

    Hi,

    I'm not understanding all the requirement but users status works fine, if the sales order reach lock status the order can not be modified. Also you could use authorization code for status profiles.

    Authorization code is the user authorization object the user must possess in order to make changes relating to that status.
