BOE to be mandatory while GRN

Dear All,

As per the business requirement, while doing GRN for the import cases system should require BOE as manadotry input.

Is there scope of PDF attachment while doing GRN/MIGO which needs to be done mandatory. We will seggergate Import scenario as per the Doc Type in PO.

Vikas

    Hi Vikas,

    I believe youcan get some valid inputs if you post this question in the Document Management (DMS) forum.

    There is no provision in DMS standard customization to link GR, but surely you may get some idea of achieving this via some Enhancements.

    Hi,

    Check Customizing under the path:

    SPRO ->Materials Management -> Purchasing -> Foreign Trade/Customs -> Control Foreign Trade Data in MM and SD Documents

    1......->Incompleteness Schemas for Foreign Trade Data

    2....->Import screens in purchasing document

    Also check SAP note:481600

    Done with standard attachment at the time of GRN. DMS is not implemented.
