BEx Precalculation: Is there a way to save the precalculated file centrally

hi gurus,

I'm looking for a way to precalculate a workbook, but instead of mailing or printing (available distribution types) it, I would like to store it on a central harddrive. the xls-file shoud be replaced everytime there is a new version precalculated.

is there kind of a standard solution or do I have to implement it by myself - or any other creative suggestions?

thanks in advance for any help!

regards, simone

I think the best fit for this would be an Online Link to Current Data, "The system generates a URL to the current navigational state of the BI object (Query, Query View, Web Template, or Report). The recipients can call the BI object and navigate further within it."
