LWP deduction

Dear All,

I have query regarding LWP deduction from monthly salary of employee.

I have created leave type as LWP (full & Half day). I have maintained absence valuation (unpaid as 100%-full day & 50%-half day).

Do i need to do any thing else apart from these setting/config.

As, when i am creating LWP for employee its not deducting any amount from salary.

My question is, do i need to maintain anywhere,LWP will be deducted from which all wage type like that?

I request you to kindly let me know how to move ahead in this aspects. where am i going wrong in configuration side.

Got the solution as per given link.

created LWP and maintained processing class as required.

Mudassir,

you have created leave types, upto this it is ok.

here you are mentioning that 100% n 50%, for this you need to create absence valuation rule in the Table T554c, here you can mention that whether it is 100% LWP r 50% LWP.

I have already mentioned absence valuation for LWP full day as 100% and LWP half day as 50%.

I just want to know as per your link, i now need to create LWP deduction wage type to which PC will be assigned accordingly.
