Problem in Workstatus update

Hello Experts,

I'm trying to update the work status but i'm having the following message "User is not a owner / manager, work status can not be updated".

I don't understantd the message because I defined the user as Owner in the entity property.

Do you have an idea what could be the problem?

Regards,

Rodrigo

    Hi ,

    Ideally you see this error when user logged in to BPC is not setup as a owner in the Owner property of the controlling dimension.Please check the property. Thanks.

    Regards,

    Hello,

    I confirm with more carefull and, as you say, the user is not the Owner.

    I have the following situation:

    1) In the Owner property I have: user1 for "Cost Center" level and user2 for "Department" level. In that way, the user 1 is the owner and user2 is the manager;

    2) In the Input Schedule the Current View is defined at "Department" level. The objective is that the Owner makes the inputs in all Department children (center cost level);

    3) I want that the Owner changes the status for all the children that he inputs the data;

    The problem is that I cannot select only the children. He trys to change the status to the children and parent (Department Level), but he is not autorizaded to change the Department level.

    Do you know how we can overtake this issue?

    Thanks for your help.

    Regards,

    Rodrigo
