Crystal 2008 SP 04 & SQL 2008 R2

Hi,

We recently moved our database to a new server and upgraded SQL from 2005 to 2008 R2. We also upgraded Crystal Reports 2008 SP01 to 2008 SP 03 > SP 04.

We are however now experiencing long execution times on running our reports on the new server. If we run the reports from the old server pointing to the database on the new server we managed to bypass the running time.

Any ideas as to why the execution time would have increased between the two environments.

Windows 2003 was also upgraded to Windows Server 2008 R2.

We are using Crystal in conjunction with SAP Business One 8.81 although we are not running CR through SBO.

Thanks

Jacques
