UPerform 4.0 on Windows Vista Bussines not recorded properly

Former Member

Good morning.

My question is about implementing uPerform, recording on Windows Vista Bussines.

Recording is not working, we have version 4.0.

I think it's the operating system. On Windows XP if it works.

If not work, does it fix with another version, or does a change in software ... ?,

Thank you very much.

Muchas gracias.

Hi there,

You should double check the Technical Specifications of your release. Looking at uPerform 4.0 I see the following.

Microsoft Windows® 2000 SP4, XP Professional SP3, or Vista Business SP1

Just looking at 4.3 I see the following

Microsoft Windows® XP Professional SP3, Vista Business SP2, or Windows 7 (32-bit and 64-bit) Professional or Enterprise

Hope this helps,

Kind Regards,

Matthew

Good morning.

It worked, the problem was the application trying to record.

Removing the browser, the option of safe performance, he began to record properly.

No safe mode because it only records from time to time,? But no matter, so well recorded.

Thanks for your interest.

Good morning.

First, thank you very much for your reply.

Theoretically, it should be correctly functioning, we have Windows Bussines,

The system performs one or two records, then stops working, simply does not answer the burning window. at first sight fails, but does not generate anything.

I am attaching screenshots of the outlet where I can be the problem. u00BF?. For if someone could help.

A greeting and thank you very much.

Buenos du00EDas.

Hi there,

I can't get any information out of your last update.

Have you checked the logs?

- Collabconsole.txt file located in <(><<)>installdirectory>\Collaboration\log.

- Server Error log file: <installdirectory>\WWW\uPerformWS\ServerErrors.xml.

- [RWDuPerform Directory]\Collaboration\Collab.props.

Check for errors on this and give us any interesting errors.

Thank you,

Matthew
