BPS layout: user is able to change characteristics values

Hi,

In a BPS layout, after data is refreshed the characteristic values (e.g. cost center, account) entered by a user are grayed out and cannot be changed.

Among my 250 users one of them is from time to time able to access a planning layout (web excel layout) and change the cost centers and accounts previously entered and saved, messing up everything in our transactional cube.

Would anyone know how this can be possible ?

It is not related to the user ID as no one else is able to reproduce the issue elsewhere.

Hi,

I opened one (002007974700015171762004) but closed it as I was not able to reproduce the issue other than on the user own PC and only from time to time.
