Hello ,

Could you please share exact error message when you connect both device.

you also check some point form as given bellow point Check list:

1. Make sure you can browse: http://<B1iC server>:8080 from iPhone, it should display the tomcat home page.

2. Ping iPhone ip address from B1if server.

3. Port#8443 in B1ic is enabled in firewall.

4. The right setting Mobile app is consistent, enable SSL, the right port: 8443

5. Check the authentication log: Integration Framework for SAP Business One=>Monitoring=>Authen. Monitor

6. The right install procedure should be: Install B1if 1st, then upgrade or install B1 company and application

Note# 1549326, 1549532

Here you have video about how to set up your mobile demo system:

Dear Manvendra Singh Niranjan,

when connecting from iPhone I get "permission denied" error.

When I type in iPhone B1i server IP htts://10.0.0.129:8443 it tries to download some file.

I can telnet to 10.0.0.129 port 8443.

The user is manager with full rights and prof and B1i licenses.
