Hi,
How is it technically feasible to completely delete ( making them disappearing ) the not used projects in SAP. The reference transaction is CJ20N. ( Service Management)
Regards
Raj
As Nag has suggested you can mark the projects for deletion and then archive them. This will remove the projects form the database. However i would suggest you to go through SAP help once and check the prerequisites before setting the deletion flag/marking the proejcts for deletion. Also go through the Archiving topic once. That will give a better idea of proceeding further with this.

mainataining the old projects in the system is business decision. However if business doesn't want to refer or compare with
the old projects data, then these can be marked for deletion(dlfl). After the archiving execution the operative project would get deleted from the system data base.
Choose Logistics/ Accounting ® Project System ® Basic Data ® Tools ® Archiving ® Project structures.
