Create user profile to be able to display everything in a BW productive env

Dear All,

I would like to change my user profile to be able to display everything in a BW productive environment,

and use all transaction as rspc...

I checked the authorization in order to not be able to delete the content of an infoprovider

but to be able to display the request and the data.

Unfortunately to be able to display the requests, the activity 23(maintain) has to be selected.

And even if the activity 06 (delete) is unset, the result is that :

- you cannot delete all the content of the infoprovider

- you are able to display the content of the infoprovider

- but you are able to delete a request in the infoprovider.

So unfortunately I do not see the way to do what I want ?

My requirement is it feasible.

Hi Coja,

I'm afraid there is no real authorization solution for this problem. You could work around by not allowing maintenance and:

For displaying the requests you could use the load monitor with a generous time selection and selection on the InfoCube

For displaying the InfoCube contents transaction LISTCUBE and / or SE16 could be used.

No real solution, I must admit.

Modification in the authorization checking would be a brute force solution.
