XI30: Importing Exchange Profile

Hi All,

we just try to complete our installation of XI3.0.

Unfortunately the import of the exchange profile does not work. I can import the profile using the import methode without any errors coming up.

But I can't see the imported data. There are no settings shown if I load http://<server:port>/exchangeProfile/index.html.

BTW. we are at SP9.

Hope anybody is able to help!

Regards,

Marc

    Hi Marc,

Can you see the Exchange Profile from the Administration section in the Integration Builder ?

There should be an option about 1/3 of the way down on the right hand pane.

    Cheers

    Colin.

    Marc,

I faced the same problem. In my case it was on a windows server and the problem concerned the temp dir on windows.

For some strange reason the SAPServiceUser/SIDadm could not use the temp dir during import. I changed the environment variables to a new tempdir, c:\temp. Afterwards the import succeeded.

    Best regards,

    Alwin
