Hi Experts
Scenario:
We want to sell X goods and with each pcs of X we want to give to customer exclusive free goods and in that customer can select the free goods from either A, B or C anyone.
How to do it in SAP?
Thanks in advance.
I hope you know how to configure free goods, you can get the details from the spro path, in case of making the user to selectl from the list of materials you can try out MATERIAL DETERMINATION.

Hi Hiren,
I had a similar requirement and resolved it using Cross Selling concept in SAP.
Using this concept you can maintain a condition record for all the materials you want to give freely. They would be determined at the time of sales order creation. You get a pop up and need to select the material you want to give freely.
The only downside of this is that the free material quantity cannot be captured. You will have to enter the free quantity manually.
Let me know if this works for you and if you need further details.

Hi Hiren,
As some of our friends have suggested you need to configure the free goods determination in customization screen. After configuring the procedure we have to assign the item category determination also.Once all this is done you need to maintain condition records for the same in VBN1 for either exclusive or inclusive. Then the system generates free good for the item TAN as TANN.
But to my knowledge you can only give only 1:1 free goods let it be any number which your criteria demands as u said A,B,C for an item X.
For Eg:
10 pcs of X +2pcs of A or B or C.
Thanks,
Ramesh.

Hi Hiren,
Please note, to provide the material with the combination of A, B or C it is not available in standard SAP, the same scenario was required in my earlier company, so we followed the BOM. Under the particular BOM we were providing the material at free of cost against the one which sold at price.
and changing manually the line item category from "TAN" to "TANN" for free goods.
Try it and confirm.

Hi
Free goods determination is always on 1:1 basis, i.e you cannot have more than one item as free goods for a particular customer and material combination.
