Real-time Job - Error Receiving IDOC from SAP

Hello,

We have some real-time jobs that are receiving information from SAP using IDOCS, but when they receive the IDOC nothing happens and all the real-time services in Data Services are restarted automatically. After investigating the logs of Data Services, we could see the following error:

“(E) (10444:10988) RUN-058015: Error registering with the Access Server <XXXXXX:4000>. The error message received is <Socket is closed. (BODI-38)>. A user may have requested to abort before a real-time data flow can register with the Access Server.”

We check the SAP part and everything is fine and the IDOC is sent correctly. Also, we've tried some things to solve the problem, but they didn't work:

• Restart the Data Services server
• Apply the SAP note 2016977 - "Real-Time job: Error registering with the AccessServer"
• Replicate the real-time jobs and client interfaces in another Data Services environment (same problem as above)
• Configure new Access Server

To ensure that the real-time job and the access server were working correclty, we used the clienttest (provided in the installation of Data Services) to test the service, and we could see that everything was working fine and the real-time job was executing.

ClientTest parameters:

clienttest -A<server> -p4000 -S<service> -X<XML path> -useSSL"C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP BusinessObjects\Data Services\ssl\trusted_certs"

Just to clarify, all these real-time jobs were working fine until last week (where this issue start to happen) and nothing about the configuration of the SAP client/server has been changed.

Does anyone know why everytime we receive and IDOC the real-time job is not working and all the real-time services are restarted automatically? Any thoughts are welcome.
