I have a requirement for leave deduction. Employee has 5 days working in a week (Saturday and Sunday OFF). The rule for quota deduction is based on the leave period duration.
Ex: If employee has applied for leave for 7 days and 1 Saturday will fall in between then total quota deduction will be 5 days (Sunday will always be excluded from leave quota deduction).
If employee has applied for leave for 14 days and 2 Saturday will fall in between then total quota deduction will be 5+5=10 days (both Saturday and Sunday excluded).
If employee has applied for leave for 21 days and 3 Saturday will fall in between then total quota deduction will be 556=16 days (3rd Saturday will be counted in quota deduction).
If 4 Saturday will fall in between leave period then 1st, 2nd and 4th Saturday will be excluded and 3rd Saturday will be counted as quota deduction.
This rule will be continued for all the odd Saturdays starting from 3rd Saturday.
We have implemented above rules through user exit ZXPADU02 which is working as per the rule but the problem is IT2006 doesnu2019t get updated as per user exit.
Ex: If employee has applied for leave for 21 days and 3 Saturday will fall in between then total quota deduction will be 556=16 days (3rd Saturday will be counted in quota deduction).
In IT 2001 quota used is calculating as 16 days but in IT 2006 the deduction will update as 15 days only as per counting rule.
Please suggest how to make correct deduction in IT2006 (i.e. 16 days).
