How to delete records from PA2001, PA2002.

Hi ,

We are entered Times entry in CATS, and transfered the Same to HR Management system using CAT6.

i need to delete the transfered records in PA2001,PA2002 tables.

Please suggest me.

You can delete it via PA30 Master data right or else u can use SE16N

Go to PA30, then Utilities->Delete personnel no.

From here you will see a list of infotypes you can then delete.

If it is specific records you want deleted you are going to have to get an abapper to code something using function hr_infotype_operation to delete.

First why do you want to delete the data transfered from CATS?

Second After deleting the PA2001 & PA2002 ... what do you want to do with the values in CATS?

You should be able to delete the record via PA30.
