BPC 75 NW - Dimension files missed

Hi, Gurus!

We have just installed bpc and encountered a problem with dimensions. Normally, when you create a dimension in the dimension library and process it, the resulted file ( it's an .xml ) are stored in Server\User\Application\DimCache folder. But in our case it is empty. Anyone know, what could be the reason for that?
