Inspection lot not generating during backflush

Hi All,

we are using repetitive mfg to produce finish product.

During backflush (MFBF) we were getting inspection lots generated till last month but now after changing period system is not generating inspection lots and stock is correctly posted to quality inspection.

Now we are have difficulty to move that stock from quality inspection to unrestricted stock.

What can be the problem ?

Is there any effect of period change ?

Provide us guidance...

Check the setting of control key at operation level & check the cost collector.

We have assigned control key "PP01."

And what to check in cost collector ?

Generally the last control key should be milestone key & auto GR..........

In cost collector is cost getting accumulated? Have you checked MFPR t code & subsequently executed MFBF?

i am new to Qm,

as you said i checked all it is correct.

In MFPR also it is not showing any inspection lot.

one thing notable that it was working fine for all materials before changing period means for previous month.

Hi everybody..

i put this on OSS and SAP replied me to run report "ZQEVAC20"

but i am now unable to find coding for this in note "48815"

can anybody suggest me....
