Getting component name from portal

Hai,

I know that from portal we can get the WD technical information from More Field Help option by right clicking the UI elemnts in portal.

But when i do the same in portal i am not able to see the More Field Help Option in portal, wat may be the problem is there any other way to find the Technical information. Without this i am not able to find the component name.Please anybody faced this issue and found out the solution can help me...
