SPNEGO Fails when login to portal via Email ID

HI Guys,

We have SPNEGO configured and It was working fine till the time we had the portal login via Logon ID.

Now we have changed the Authentication to Email ID. User will login to portal using their email ID. With this change SPNEGO stoped working.

Diagtool shows the error -

Error in some of the login modules.

[EXCEPTION]

com.sap.engine.services.security.exceptions.BaseLoginException: Error in some of the login modules.

at com.sap.engine.services.security.login.ModulesProcessAction.run(ModulesProcessAction.java:151)

With this login module SPNEGO was working fine before.

Please suggest how we can make SPNEGO work with portal login via EMAIL ID ?
