Hi Gurus,
This is SAP AFS project. I have created sales order with material of 200 quantity. out of which 150 quantitiy are confirmed through ATP but allocation haapened for 190 and delivery also done for 190
My question is if only 150 quantity is confirmed how it is possible to have allocation for 190 quantity
Kindly throw some light on this issue
Regards,
Santhoshkumar
Hello,
Most of the times, you don't have the same sorting logic between ATP rescheduling and ARUN (even if it can be done with a couple of user exit/BADI), hence you can steal a product confirmed by ATP to an order and assign it to a new one in the ARUN.
ATP is based on logical assignment whereas ARUN is a sophisticated tool that performs fixed assignments.
For instance, in ATP, you sort order by delivery priority, order number and in the allocation run you sort by order type, customer group, in that scenario a quantity can be confirmed and not allocated, not confirmed but allocated etc...
