Created PO with one line item and now want to cancel PO need steps for this

Hi All.

I have created Purchase order with one line item.

And now i want to cancel or delete this purchase order.

I have not done migo or miro for this .

Just done only PO Transaction.

Need steps for this.

ME22N, select the line, and then click on delete icon, below the item details box.

hi..

To cancel/delete a Purchase order, you go in ME22n, and if release strategy is applied, unrelease the Po through Me29n/me28, then you need to click on each and every line you want to cancel, and hit the delete button, trash can will appear besides the line meaning this line is deleted. You notify the vendor through email or through regular means of communication that the Po has been cancelled.

there are 2 cases for PO Cancellation, the first one is we cancel the PO and also the origin PR by clicking the Delivery Completed checkbox.

The second case is we cancel the PO but we re open the PR, this is done by deleting the PO line item.
