two pre-defined templates at the same timeframe

Hi Experts

We are using the SAP pre-defined performance template EHP4.

Our client wants to be able to have a new pre-defined template to be available from July 1st 2011 to Aug 18th 2012u2026u2026and keep this performance template open in appraisal mode without closing this off. Then they want to be able to have a new template from next year to commence from July 1st 2012 and be able to add to this.

So in summary to have two open pre-defined templates at the same time.

Does anyone know if this is possible and if so how they have achieved this?

Hi Oliver -

I believe that EHP5 does fix this issue. From what I understand ( I have not seen it yet, but plan on exploring in the next week) there is a "toggle" which would allow the user to switch between templates within MSS/ESS.

I will keep you posted.
