RPTIME00 Writes infotypes 2001 2002

Hi!

We are trying to use the schema TM00 with clocks. The time records of the clocks will be in the infotype 2011.

By other side we have the absences in infotype 2001.

So, we would like that after processing the employee with RPTIME00 get this results:

If the employ has gone to work like in the Planned Working Schedule with all the hours that the employee must do, we would like write in infotype 2002 WM(Work in the Morning), WA(Work in the Afternoom), WN(Work in the Night).

If the employee hasn't gone to work or he has not covered fully all the hours he should work, then we would like write in infotype 2001 an absence for this day.

Is possible this behaviour?

What steps should I follow in rules to achive this objective?

Kind Regards,

Julian.

Hi,

I am not sure if I get your issue right, but from what I understand you can not do what you want. I do not think you are able to write a record in IT2001 or 2002 running RPTIME00, because it is absolutely the other way. RPTIME00 through the schema (TM00 in this case) gets the information for the infotype to be processed, but then to write back something in infotype I think is impossible.

Hope it helps.

Edoardo
