Hierachy upload from flat file via IDOC

I tried to upload Hierachy from flat file via IDOC, but it failed. The error message said"No transfer structure for infosource COSTROB and source system BW340FLAT". I can preview and simulate it without any problem.

I checked the infosource transfer structure. Only there are two fields there, COSTCROB, 0CO_AREA(compounding). No communication structure. I only can save the infosource instead of Active. No active button.
