I'm new to crystal charting. I am trying to create a chart that shows percentage of anonymous/total calls by Business Units as well the total percentage in a horizontal bar graph. How do I create a simple chart that show both calucation in one chart?

Thanks for your response. I created formulas and placed in the show value and on Change of BU. What I'm seeing is two columns for each business unit. I only want one line per business unit and one for the total.. Any other recommendations?

Hi
To create this chart, you need to create two formulas to arrive percentages for example
Business unit wise percentage
sum(calls,businessunit)/sum(calls)*100
also create the other formula and insert chart and in on change give Business Unit and in show values you select two formulas.
This will give you the desired chart.
Thanks,
Sastry
