Hi,
While executing the function "Check for Characteristic Values from Text Table in SID Table" for the master data in RSRV, I got a warning that 1 value from the text table /BIC/T**** does not exist in the master table /BIC/S*****.Please let me know if there is any way I can detect the missing value and insert it manually or otherwise.
Hi Srishti,
Roberto already gave you the right answer. Let me just add that this particular warning does not describe a real problem. You can just as well ignore it. The Repair in RSRV will just create a corresponding entry in the S table. Since this entry is not used, anyway (no transactional data using that value is available, otherwise there would be an entry in the S table), there is no real problem.

Hi Klaus, hi Srishti,
this may lead to problems in one case. When you upload data with referential integrity checked it is not enough to have an entry in the T table. You also need an entry in the P- and S-table.
Best regards
Dirk
Thanks guys. I was wondering how safe it is to use the "correct error" icon. I was advised not to use it if possible and to correct the errors in other methods.
Thanks

Hi Reddy,
it's enough to execute the function (there is a specific button in RSRV with the hammer icon!) 'Correct Error' that allows to remove all correctable errors...
I've just done this right now and, for your error, the system is able to correct the SID inconsistency !
Let me know...
Bye,
Roberto
