Disable email notification on completion of items from sourcing

Hi,

SRM 5.0 ECS SP12.

When a shopping cart item is completed by a buyer in sourcing,an email notification goes out to the Buyer.We have some buyres who have left now and now if some other user completes a shopping cart which was processed by the deleted users(deleted only from Org structure not user master),then the new user gets the message failure emails with the following content :

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

Subject: Shopping Cart Item Completed by Purchaser

Sent: 7/1/2011 1:00 PM

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

XXXXX@XXXXXon 7/1/2011 1:02 PM

Now how do I stop these messages to go out if the recipient(buyer) is not active in the system anymore?

    Hi,

    While modifying Shopping cart of old user (who left the org), either ask new buyer to manually change Goods receipient details, ship to address details and then re-order it.

    If this does not resolve the issue, suggest new buyer to copy old item to new item, delete old item and then re-order the shopping cart. This will remove the BP assignment of old user and shopping cart hence resolving wrong email id pick up issue.
