BEx Logon pad not showing system list

Hi Guys,

I am using SAP GUI Release 7.10 patch level 21 and OS windows 7 service pack 1 build 7601 and MS office 2007.

I am not able to get the list of the systems in BEx analyzer which are present in SAP GUI logon pad.

Also I tried searching saplogon.ini file to copy but it is not present in my system.

Can any one help me on the same.

You should have C:\Program Files\SAP\FrontEnd\

Please check with Basis guys , they can help you.

Depending on version of your SAP GUI check location of saplogon.ini file.

E.g. in SAP GUI 7.2 click on left upper corner of SAP Logon Pad->Option->SAP Logon Options->Configuration Files->Connection

By this you can check where your ini file is located.

the ini file is present in the system in C drive

C:\Program Files\SAP\FrontEnd\
