dear all my friends

My company want to implement point of sale software which is connected to sap ERP System life time so what is best to develop java application as a point of sales to create order and print invoices or buy SAP point of sales what is the best decision and what is the pros and cons of buy a different point of sale software and connect it to sap what is the different approaches and what is the best solutions .

is it good idea to read the data base and synchronized it with the sap database throw an APAB program
