Access to ES Workplace

Hi Experts,

I tried many time to register to ES Workplace using http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/soareg. I had a success message at the end of subscription form after the submit button, however I didn't received an email from SAP since 1 week.

Can you help me to access to ES Workplace.
