Transport request not vailable in STMS.

Hi Colleagues,

I did some changes to objects in my D* System and released in se09 and iam not able to see those requests in stms,when iam trying to approve those requests.its been 3 days those transports are not vailable in stms.

Hi,

Make sure you are checking the right queue. It should be the Q system queue. Enter into the queue and do a refresh. If you still do not find it goto Extras menu, other requests, add.

Hi Sing,

Check in Quality system queue,refresh the queue ans remove if you have any filters on request or owner.

If every thing looks fine,check with your basis guy whether you have active transport connection between you Dev and QA system.

As mentioned by Murali .... which queue are you checking ..?

Check with your basis team to see if the transport route is proper and active...

What do you mean by "Approveing" a request ..? are you referring to solution manager and change management using Solman ..?
