How to configure the service contract

Hello Gurus

Goodmorning every one

We havesome requirement for the client-Customer is giving a contract for constructing a farm house or green house .

For that construction of farm house or green house it will cost around 1million but customer pay 80% amount rest of the amount contruction company will bare for completion of the project . After complemtion of the project customer is giving same project for rent to the same company and customer request the rest of amount to adjusted in rent as he didn't pay the total amount to the company.

i''m looking for some inputs how to configure this scenario in sap sd

Exp-Construction project-Farm house

Total cost -1 million

Customer will pay in cash: 80%

and rest will pay interms of rent : 20%

Note - After completion of the project customer giving farm house for rent to the same contructing company

Hi,

In your scenario there are two process involved

First you have to construct that is from SD side

Then you have to take it on rent from customer that is from MM side

when sale - Create sales order >>> Manage construction of project through PS module >>> Create invoice

When take on rent - Create same customer as vendor and take farm house on rent

Create service material as RENT

Create P.O for rent process it
