Looking for Sample BI project on SD/MM

Hi Folks,

I am new to SAP and learning the SAP BI on my own.I am looking for an example scenario (in steps), and this includes R3 extraction, business content instillation and creating the cubes.

Can any one please help in getting sample project for the end to end exercise.
