Hello all,
Is there any way to capture the condition record that was existing earlier for the material determination. The condition has been deleted now and we want to know who deleted and when.

Vish
Hi
Execute the report program RV16ACHD using SE38 or SA38.
Alternatively, you can use the Tcode S_P6B_12000142
Thanks,
Ravi

Hello Vish,
I am not sure whether I am answering your question . Following options may help you :--
01.There are two possible methods of displaying change documents:
Choose Environment -> Changes -> For condition record.
Change data for the selected condition record(s) will be displayed.
Choose Environment -> Changes -> Report.
A selection screen will appear where you can choose multiple criteria for displaying change documents. The result of the selection report is displayed.
02. Check the condition table assigned to the access sequence, from the condition type. This table will get all the condition records maitained for specific combination/material.Now go to SE16N and enter the condition table name and give the proper selection criteria then you will get all the condition record numbers maintained to your selection with validity dates. then you can go to KONP and pass the condition record and you can get the condition values for that particular combination with proper validity dates.
03. Can also explore T code SCU3.
04.Take a look at table CDHDR and CDPOS.
05.Please check your condition type setting : setting the indicator delete fr DB in condition type V/06.conditio record can be deleted in two ways (a)physical deletion (b) marked for deletion. In the customising can be done at the condition type maintainance in V/06, u have three options 1.physical deletion with pop up 2.physical deletion without pop-up 3.mark for deletion.
Hope it helps
Regards/Rajesh
