Validations for runtime values using BBP_DOC_CHECK_BADI?

Hi,

We experienced that the BAdI BBP_DOC_CHECK_BADI does not return any runtime values, other than the HEADER GUID (of RFx, RFx Response as relevant). Any codes written for any validation will work only for saved values.

Then if the user clicks on Publish (in RFx) or Submit (in RFx Response) button, without saving, then the validations will not be made.

Kindly suggest how to achive validations for runtime values.
