SL-Reporting: System Availability not working

Hi together,

I have the follwing problem:

I set up the SL-Reporting in Solution Manager 7 EHP 1. Every value is shown, but the System Availability isn't working.

RZ21 shows, that CCMSPING is working fine. So I guess, that availability values are stored in the system. Since I checked parameter and tresholds more than three times, I havn't any idea any more why the availability values aren't shown.

Can anyone help?

have you tried to reprocess the service session?

Hi Thomas,

In SL reporting , the availability data is stored in SAP Solution Manager. So you need to add the SAP Solution Manager system in the SL reporting configuration. Please check if your availability data for all the systems are captured in CPH in the System SAP Solution Manager SID.
