CRM Screen Configuration will not display section blocks that are assigned

In the CRM Web UI Configuration Page for Activities/Tasks- I copied the default and created a new screen config and removed 2 of the section blocks and saved. Upon copy SAP CRM suggests a config role key based on the business log I am logged in as.

In the Display Assignment Blocks Section I have the following values:

BT125H_TASK Task Details Direct - This appears on the screen

GS_CM - Attachments Direct - DOES NOT APPEAR

BTORGSET - Organizational Area - Lazy - This appears on the screen

BTPARTNER - Parties Involved Lazy - This appears on the screen

BTDOCFLOW - Transaction History - Lazy - This appears on the screen

BTCHIST - Change History - Lazy - DOES NOT APPEAR

How can I get the Attachment and Change History Section Blocks to appear on the Activity Create screens for my business role?

Hi,

If you have personalized the screen (as an user) the changes will not be displayed. On the right top press the icon PERSONALIZE and press RESET TO DEFAULT and save. The new available assignment blocks should now be available. You can now setup the screen as you like.

Hi, The Attahment Block for Activities is not displaye by Default.

Go to SPRO > Customer Relationship Management > Transactions > Settings for Activities > Maintain Transaction Customizing for Activities > Display Attachments Assignment Block

Cange the field value for field "Attachment AssignBl" to Show in Activity Template.

Hope this helps.

Hi,

When you arr on the screen that shows you the displayed assignment blocks, on the left of that section is the AVAILABLE ASSIGNMENT BLOCKS section. Just select those Assignment Blocks required from left (Attachments and Change History in your case)and move it to the right in the Displayed section.

Also, you can decide, how you want to see the AB, you can select DIRECT, LAZY or HIDDEN. I think you want the 2 AB's to appear, so just select Direct or Lazy as per your requirement. Save your changes. And then if you log in to UI now, you will be able to see the 2 AB's(attachment & change history).

I hope this help.

Thanks and Regards
