Hello Friends

In Configuration SPRO - Logistics - General - Tax on Goods Movements - India - Basic Settings - Determination of Excise Duty - Condition-Based Excise Determination - Assign Tax Code to Company Codes

In above configuration, we need to assign all tax codes to all company codes?

For Example, my company code is "ABCD" and I am using 25 Tax codes say T1, T2 ...... T25. I have to maintain all 25 codes to company code "ABCD" ? Please clarify?

And Second point

What is importance of this? Please explain

    Hi

    1) Yes,you have to assign all tax to your company code,otherwise at time of MIRO ,you will get error ,tax code not maintain for xyz company code like that

    2) you have maintain your condition in specify condition type ,otherwise following problem may face

    1) you will not correct accounting docuement for you excise values

    2) In MIRO ,vat and excise value may differ from PO Value,I faced same problem

    Hi,

    1. Yes,all tax codes needs to be assigned to company code.

    2. In Classify Condition Types, we used to specify which condition type is used for which sort of tax. This is only applies to condition types that used with the new excise determination method with new tax procedure.
