Error: ERR_WIS_30270 in BO XI 4.0

Hi Experts!!!

I have installed the BO XI 4.0, but in the Web Intelligence when I create a WebI, it happen this error:

API 'initInstance' Error: ERR_WIS_30270

any idea?

                      Has your issue being resolved? If, yes please let me know how to solve since I am facing the same issue.

Hi Hari;

Are you getting the error when creating a new webi processing server? Check the CMS logs if you are not able to create the service. It might give some idea.

I have the similar problem.

In particular:

-An Internal error occured while calling - "setDocumentProperties" API. (err: ERR_WIS_32070) -

The platform is

BI4 SP4 fp4 on lInux
