Dear experts.
I am facing issue with the t.code PHAP_CREATE_PA when I want close an appraisal document in R/3.
The system display this message of error:
You are not registered to perform anonymous appraisals
The details of this error is the following:
You are not registered to perform anonymous appraisals
Message no. HRHAP00_DOCUMENT322
Diagnosis
You are not registered for this template. Therefore, you cannot create or change appraisal documents based on this template.
Procedure
To register, contact the administrator. The administrator has authorization to register you.
My question is:
How can avoid for that system not show this message of error?
Thanks in advance.
Regards
Hi,
The document is based on a template which has template mode "Anonimous with registration". This means you will be only able to fill out the document / complete it when you are registered. Registration is done via phap_prepare_pa.
Or, if it should not be an anonimous document just set the template mode to named.
Side note: via phap_admin you are able to see the registered people for the anonimous documents.

Dear Maurice.
We have created a development in the portal based in the funcionality standard MSS in where the employee appraisal to his boss must be anonymous. . The system show this same error. I think that the portal are simulating behavior of the transaction phap_create_pa.
With this above scenary, how can avoid this message of error?
Thanks in advance-
Regards
Hi,
It is not simulating, it is using the same functionality, in appraisals the actions are UI independent. So you will get the same error in BSP, R/3 and WD..
You will need to register the employee in phap_anon. That is done via phap_prepare or you can create a custom report.

Hi,
Why would you want to do that, just configure it correctly. It is not a coding issue. It is just configuration. If you have configured it that it is an anonymous appraisal you will get the error message. If you don't want the error message then configure the template to be a named document instead.

Hello,
I think you are missing the admin rights, check for the rights or contact for roles...
